The Appleby Trust, a supported employment programme for people with learning disabilities in Magherafelt, Northern Ireland (NI), teamed up with the local digital inclusion project EverybodyOnline to produce a six week course on Email and the Internet for people on their Supported Employment Programme.

The EverybodyOnline project in Armagh and Dungannon, Northern Ireland (NI) supports people affected by a disability to gain access to computers and digital technology.

EverybodyOnline, in partnership with the Western Education and Library Board (WELB), ran a number of taster sessions for the general public in local libraries throughout Derry, Northern Ireland.

The EverybodyOnline project based in Liverpool 8 runs weekly taster sessions at the innovations factory, these sessions provide an opportunity for members of the public to try out the Internet for the first time or expand upon their skills in a supportive environment.

Grandparents go back to school, and are introduced to the wonders of the World Wide Web by their Grandchildren.

Since signing up as a volunteer for the Havant EverybodyOnline project, John Statham has engaged in a programme of community support and self development, he is now building on his skills by developing websites for local community groups.
