Sioban started working for Citizens Online in November 2005. She comes from a background in community regeneration and digital inclusion with over eight years of working in the Voluntary and Community Sector.

Previous roles have seen Sioban as Co-ordinator for the YouCan Project, designing, developing and delivering digital training courses to SMEs (Small to Medium Enterprises) across Devon and Cornwall. With West Cornwall Community Network, Sioban provided a bridging role relating strategies to grassroots organisations, and writing policies & protocols for communications and media.

Sioban completed her PGCE through Greenwich University focusing on digital methodologies for training and governmental policies for lifelong learning.

In her spare time Sioban enjoys planning holidays and spending time with her family.
